Senior Product Manager, AI
About The Position
MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health issues. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps for mental health issues to help people achieve happiness and overall well-being.
The person in this role will work on achieving our vision of an autonomous AI clinic, where patients receive standardised, high-quality service regardless of the nature of their issue. You will primarily focus on building AI Agents that can resolve patient inquiries end-to-end, for example, schedule a patient with a medical provider by using internal APIs.
You will also be managing existing support operations to ensure alignment between the future you are building towards and operational excellence in supporting our patients.
We are uniquely positioned to use AI to:
● Ensure the highest safety standards for our patients
● Ensure high-quality standardised processes around patient support
● Resolve patient issues and concerns promptly and accurately across four key channels (SMS, LiveChat, Phone calls, and Emails)
● Build a healthcare experience where patients feel cared for
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager
- At least 2 years of experience as an AI PM
- Fit with our culture: focus (saying no), transparency (proactive communication), ownership (you own the initiative until its done in full), evidence-based decision making (you will get challenged to provide data, research, or logical arguments to support your conclusions)
- Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team
- Structured approach to problem-solving – for example, using issue trees to structure your approach
- Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users)
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
We are seeking candidates with direct, hands-on experience in AI. We would be excited about you if you have worked on or built personal projects with RAG, Agents, Multimodal AI, etc. We realise that you may not fit all the requirements, yet be a perfect fit for us. Responsibilities
In this role, you will…
- Work as part of a product team focused on resolving patient requests to our support team with AI
- Implement AI agents that can resolve patient requests without human involvement
- Centralise all communications in one internal system
- Iteratively improve the intent classification model of patient requests
- Scale from serving patient requests across multiple channels, starting from SMS
- Collaborate extensively with Medical Operations, Support and other internal departments to understand key opportunities for eliminating manual business processes through automation
- Build a product strategy and roadmap for the direction in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders
