Senior Product Designer (Core Product Track)
About The Position

We are building a complete ecosystem of solutions and apps for mental health issues to make people happy and healthy. You will make a measurable impact on people’s lives while driving business growth.
Our design team is focused on driving user behaviour in specific real-world situations and has unique internal frameworks that help us achieve it. The person in this role will be responsible for the design of critical product experiences and contribute to the design system.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience in product companies designing B2B SaaS and/or consumer digital products.
- Fluent Russian and English.
- Fit with our culture: focus (saying no), transparency (proactive communication), ownership (you own the initiative until it's done in full), evidence-based decision making (you will get challenged to provide data, research, or logical arguments to support your conclusions).
- Structured approach to problem-solving - we love issue trees.
- Strong argumentation and logic - we challenge all decisions, even the minor ones, until we get clear argumentation for why it’s the best way forward.
- Experience making design decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users).
- A portfolio that shows real product thinking, user flows and reasoning behind decisions.
- Experience working on AI-based product experiences is a big plus.
- Ability to work CET hours, located outside Belarus and Russia, B2B format, own equipment.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Patient journey and Platform teams to design product experiences that drive the behaviour.
- Design a treatment journey for patients with ADHD and other mental health conditions.
- Create a product that builds emotional connection, trust, and helps patients achieve goals, not just allows them to use features.
- Contribute to our design system to ensure high quality of standardised components while allowing quick iteration on new elements.
- Prototype and wireframe quickly to reduce uncertainty at the start of each initiative.
- Work with your product team(s) on strategy to define OKRs and Initiatives that align with the company’s priorities.
