Data Analyst (Operations)
About The Position

Data plays a critical role in how we manage operations, measure performance, and make decisions across the organization.
About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team and work closely with Operations functions: Medical Operations, Finance, and HR.
In this role, you will own core operational analytics processes, ensure high data quality, and help teams make decisions based on accurate, trustworthy metrics. This position requires strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to work with data that directly affects operational and financial outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong SQL skills and broad experience working with relational databases
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau (or another BI tool, with willingness to work in Tableau)
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different sources
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy-critical data
- Strong ownership: ability to independently take responsibility for processes and outcomes
- Fluent Russian; English level B2 or higher
- Ability to work CET-overlapping hours, with location outside Belarus and Russia
Nice to Have
- Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks)
- Previous experience in operational, financial, or HR analytics
- Experience working with data reconciliation between financial and product data sources
Responsibilities
- Analyse operational performance across MedOps, Finance, and HR, with a strong focus on core operational KPIs
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear and reliable visibility into operational metrics
- Investigate inconsistencies and gaps in operational, financial, and product data
- Ensure high data quality and consistency so stakeholders can confidently rely on analytics for decision-making
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Operations, Finance, and HR teams to support operational decisions
