We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter with deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and healthcare operations roles. This role is remote and ideally based in South America or Europe, with working hours aligned to U.S. business needs. Exceptional English fluency is required. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, while ensuring compliance and candidate quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • 3+ years specializing in U.S. healthcare/clinical recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating clinical candidates
  • Experience with high-volume hiring
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required)




Would be preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for telehealth or multi-state healthcare organizations
  • Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states
  • Background working with U.S.-based healthcare companies from an international location

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles (Physicians, PMHNPs, RNs, Clinical Operations, etc.)
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
  • Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market
  • Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics
  • Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical talent
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
