We are seeking a Data Analyst to help our marketing team scale acquisition while continuing to generate high ROI on marketing spend and effort. The person in this role will analyse the performance of marketing channels, identify opportunities for marketing to invest in, monitor the conversion funnel for issues, and serve as a data-driven advisor to our cross-functional Demand and Supply group.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a data or marketing analyst
- Fluent in Russian and upper-intermediate (B2+) English
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Python libraries for data analysis
- Experience working in BI software; we use Tableau, but it’s okay if you have experience with other systems.
- Proficiency in statistics and probability
- Structured approach to problem solving: You identify your plan first, and only then do you carry out the work
- Culture fit: ownership (you take full responsibility over finishing what you started), focus (you prioritise ruthlessly), transparency, evidence-based decision approach (you use data, research, or logic for decisions you make)
- Experience with GA and GTM is a strong plus.
We expect all our newcomers to be proficient in using LLMs in their daily work.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the performance of marketing channels and specific campaigns
- Provide recommendations to the marketing team on distributing paid spend across channels and campaigns
- Build dashboards to monitor performance of our funnels
- Investigate issues and discrepancies in marketing data
- Monitor how our marketing attribution works and improve it if/when issues arise
- Identify opportunities that can help us drive more demand from data, either by improving conversion or acquisition
- Plan, launch, monitor, and analyse experiments (A/B, A/B/n tests)
