Open roles
Product Data Analyst (Patient Journey)
About The Position
At MEDvidi, we are transforming mental healthcare by making it more accessible and affordable across the United States. Our mission is to remove barriers to mental health support and ensure that everyone can access the care they need.
As we scale our subscription model and optimize the patient journey across the platform, high-quality analytics becomes a critical driver of growth - and this role is designed to lead that work.
About the Role
We are hiring a Data Analyst to play a key role within the Patient Journey team, ensuring data-driven decision-making across our core product flows - from patient acquisition and subscription conversion to appointment scheduling and capacity optimization.
This is a hands-on product analytics role focused on measuring what works, designing and analyzing experiments, and turning complex behavioral data into clear product decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Analyst working with product or platform data
- Proven A/B testing experience: designing experiments, ensuring statistical validity, interpreting results, and translating them into product recommendations
- Strong SQL skills with experience working on complex queries across multiple data sources
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis (Pandas, Jupyter)
- Experience building production-grade dashboards in BI tools, preferably Tableau
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset: you take responsibility for analytical outcomes, not just task execution
- Product intuition - you understand the business context behind the data and actively contribute to decisions
- Fluent Russian; English level B2 or higher
- Ability to work CET-overlapping hours, with location outside Belarus and Russia
Nice to Have
- Experience with event analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar)
- Background in subscription, recurring revenue, or lifecycle analytics
- Familiarity with advanced experimentation methods for small user bases
Responsibilities
- Own analytics across the product area: funnels, cohorts, subscription lifecycle, and user behavior
- Support quarterly strategy cycles with data research
- Design, run, and analyze A/B experiments alongside the product team; proactively propose what to test and how
- Monitor subscription adoption with a focus on building real user value
- Instrument new features together with engineering: define event tracking, propose data fields, and ensure analytical coverage before release
- Maintain and evolve event analytics in PostHog; investigate unexpected changes in user behavior
- Build and maintain dashboards that give the team visibility into key product metrics
- Contribute to the broader analytics team: fix shared dashboard issues, respond to cross-functional data requests, and help move the company toward self-service analytics
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design to support data-informed decisions
Why Join Us
- Work on a product where analytics directly shapes subscription growth and user experience
- A team that is genuinely curious about metrics - engineers, designers, and product managers care about how the product performs, not just how it ships
- Real influence on product direction in a cross-functional team without layers of bureaucracy
- High-impact work in a product-driven medical tech company
- Startup environment: fast iteration, high ownership, minimal bureaucracy
Benefits
- Sports & wellness compensation
- Fully remote, long-term B2B collaboration
- 19 working days of vacation per year
- 3 additional wellness days per year
- 5 paid sick leaves
- Gifts to employees for important events
- Career development and growth opportunities
- Personalized English lessons via Preply
