Zuva Seven is a writer, editor, and founder of An Injustice! — an intersectional publication based on Medium, with around 29,000 followers from across the world.

Before refocusing her efforts on a creative career, she studied nursing and psychology — attaining a Diploma in Health Sciences from the University of Leeds. She has since received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in Film & TV Studies. She will graduate with a First-Class Honours in Film from UCT at the end of 2025.

As a writer, she originally wrote along the intersections of entertainment, and politics. However, following her ADHD diagnosis at the age of 25 in 2021 she rededicated herself to writing on mental health, health and wellness in particular.

She has since written for several publications, including Business Insider, Verywell Mind, Healthline, Refinery29, Black Ballad, Huffington Post, Stylist, ZORA, Greatist, and many more.
