Senior Product Manager - AI Ops & Growth Team

MEDvidi is a U.S.-based online mental health clinic providing treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions through telehealth. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing operational processes with AI. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who prioritizes speed, experimentation, and measurable business results.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations. As our ecosystem grows, the AI Ops & Growth team focuses on the efficiency of our medical marketplace. The PM in this role owns the logic that balances provider supply with patient demand, ensuring maximum utilization and accelerated patient access to high-quality care.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience in marketplace or supply-constrained environments (e.g., ride-sharing, delivery, similar operational systems)
- Experience launching and iterating on AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work directly with data
- Proven track record of running experiments and validating hypotheses
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
- Ability to work CET hours, located outside Belarus and Russia, B2B format, own equipment.
Responsibilities
- Architect the automated logic that maximizes provider utilization and eliminates "empty chair time."
- Develop algorithms to optimize scheduling availability: e.g., automatically shifting follow-up visits to unlock high-intent initial visit slots.
- Build predictive models for physician hiring and patient demand forecasting to prevent growth bottlenecks.
- Deploy AI/LLM solutions to analyze visit metadata, surfacing service quality insights and provider performance data to Medical Operations.
- Identify and automate manual business processes within Medical Operations and Support to remove human bottlenecks.
- Manage the systemic dependencies between scheduling logic, marketing spend, and clinical capacity.
- Define and track the ROI of algorithmic interventions on unit economics and patient access velocity.
- Build product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven operations in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
