- Experience building and running performance review processes for US teams (designing annual cycles; calibration, documentation, follow-ups; working with low performers (PIP, performance documentation))
- Experience building competency matrices from scratch and applying them in practice (not only maintaining or updating existing frameworks)
- Strong understanding of US employment specifics: at-will employment, documentation requirements, basic awareness of state-level differences
- Experience building HR processes from scratch in fast-paced environments (startup / scale-up)
- Experience coaching managers on: feedback and performance conversations, probation management, employee development
- Strong data mindset: experience working with people metrics, surveys (eNPS or similar), ability to translate insights into action plans
- Experience working with HR tools (BambooHR, Lattice, Notion or similar)
- Fluent Russian and English
- Ability to work evening hours aligned with US (EST)
- B2B format, own equipment (located outside Belarus, Russia, Ukraine)
Responsibilities
- Own the full employee lifecycle for US-based FTE employees
- Act as a trusted partner to managers on performance, feedback, and employee decisions
- Design and run performance review annual cycles end-to-end
- Build and implement competency matrices and ensure adoption by managers

- Handle employee relations topics in the US, including: performance issues, termination processes, documentation and risk mitigation
