The Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be the driving force behind MEDvidi’s operational excellence, scalability, and innovation, leading the execution of our ambitious vision to revolutionize mental health with AI-driven care.
This is not just an operations role. It’s a mission-critical leadership position where you will translate strategy into action, optimize global operations, and build the infrastructure for MEDvidi’s next phase of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full ownership of execution, ensuring that business operations, technology, finance, and clinical care work in perfect harmony to deliver an industry-defining patient experience.
You should be a builder, a problem solver, and an innovator—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has successfully scaled a similar company through key inflection points.
Requirements
1. Proven Experience Scaling High-Growth Companies
- 10+ years in COO or senior operations roles at high-growth digital health, telehealth, or AI-driven healthcare companies.
- Deep expertise in scaling operations, building world-class teams, and managing hypergrowth.
- Hands-on experience navigating regulatory challenges in healthcare, particularly in telehealth and mental health.
2. Strong Financial & Operational Acumen
- Track record of optimizing unit economics, improving operational efficiency, and driving profitability while scaling.
- Experience overseeing finance, budgeting, and operational cost structures in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of investor relations, financial strategy, and reporting.
3. AI & Tech-Forward Mindset
- Passion for leveraging AI and technology to disrupt traditional healthcare models.
- Understanding of digital health infrastructure, automation, and AI-driven decision-making tools.
4. Fast-Paced, Execution-Driven Leader
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure, rapidly evolving environments.

Responsibilities
1. Drive Execution & Scale Operations
- Own and optimize all operational functions to support MEDvidi’s growth, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and superior service delivery.
- Develop repeatable, data-driven processes that enable the company to scale while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Implement AI and automation to drive efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance patient-provider interactions.
- Ensure seamless integration between clinical, technology, finance, and business operations to create a frictionless patient experience.
2. Build & Lead a High-Performance Organization
- Establish and drive company-wide OKRs, ensuring all departments are aligned with strategic goals and focused on measurable outcomes.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent across all operational functions, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and speed.
- Design an organizational structure that supports global operations.
- Instill a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
3. Financial & Growth Optimization
- Financial Strategy & Oversight: Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Investor & Board Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven financial updates to investors and the board, ensuring transparency in company performance.
- Revenue & Profitability Management: Track and optimize unit economics (CAC, LTV, GM, EBITDA), cash flow, and profitability metrics, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Oversee financial operations, accounting, and RCM, ensuring compliance, efficient collections, and cost management.
- CFO Succession Planning: Help identify and onboard a CFO as the company scales, ensuring a seamless transition to a dedicated finance leader.
- Cost Control & Financial Risk Management: Implement cost-saving initiatives, monitor financial risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure financial sustainability.
4. AI & Innovation-Led Transformation
- Champion AI-driven healthcare innovations, ensuring technology is seamlessly integrated into operations and clinical workflows.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that improve provider efficiency, patient outcomes, and overall business performance.
- Challenge the status quo—push the boundaries of traditional mental healthcare delivery through automation, predictive analytics, and personalized treatment pathways.
5. Stakeholder, Regulatory Compliance & Investor Relations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management, maintaining adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
- Serve as a key liaison to investors and the board, providing transparent updates on operational performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with regulatory bodies, insurance providers, and technology companies to expand MEDvidi’s market presence and ensure compliance.
- Support fundraising efforts as needed, building confidence in MEDvidi’s operational excellence and growth trajectory.
