Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in clinical/healthcare roles.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating clinical candidates.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in ATS, and recruitment tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, focusing on high-volume hiring needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Hiring Manager, through collaboration the position develops a thorough understanding of the business needs.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and best practice in recruiting mid and senior level roles aligning objective criteria with the leadership expectations and competencies.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, job postings, and recruitment metrics.
- Assist with employer branding efforts to attract top healthcare talent.
