Marketing Analyst

About The Position

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent, outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. MEDvidi's technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.


At MEDvidi, the Marketing team helps connect patients with mental healthcare through paid and organic acquisition. Working within our cross-functional Demand and Supply group, the team focuses on growing demand efficiently and aligning acquisition with our capacity to deliver care.


We're hiring a Marketing Analyst to help scale acquisition while maintaining a strong return on marketing spend and effort. You'll analyze channel performance, identify opportunities for investment, investigate conversion funnel issues, and turn data into recommendations the team can act on.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of paid and organic marketing channels and individual campaigns.
  • Recommend how to allocate paid marketing spend across channels and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition performance and conversion funnels.
  • Investigate funnel drop-offs and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion.
  • Investigate issues and discrepancies in marketing data to improve reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor marketing attribution and help resolve measurement gaps and issues.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and analyze A/B and A/B/n experiments in collaboration with the team.
  • Serve as a data-driven advisor to our cross-functional Demand and Supply group, communicating findings and recommendations clearly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance and web conversion funnels.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Python libraries for data analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools and building dashboards. We use Tableau, but experience with other systems is welcome.
  • Solid knowledge of statistics and probability, with the ability to apply them to business questions and experiments.
  • A structured approach to problem-solving: clarify the question, define the analytical plan, and then carry out the work.
  • Ownership and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize work based on business impact.
  • Transparent communication and an evidence-based approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent Russian; English level B2 or higher.
  • Proficiency in using LLMs in daily work, with the ability to critically evaluate their output.
  • Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours.
  • Comfortable working under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment.


Would be a plus

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with B2C products or services.
