About The Position

MEDvidi is an AI-powered online mental healthcare clinic operating in the United States. For over six years, we've been developing our telemedicine platform to make mental healthcare more accessible, efficient, and scalable.

Our Marketing team helps connect patients with mental healthcare through paid and organic acquisition. Working within our cross-functional Demand and Supply group, we focus on growing demand efficiently while balancing marketing performance with provider availability across US states.

We're looking for a second Marketing Data Analyst to help improve marketing measurement, analyze acquisition performance, and identify growth opportunities.

This is a data-driven role combining marketing analytics, hands-on web analytics, and a strong business mindset. You'll work with data from multiple sources, improve tracking and attribution, investigate conversion bottlenecks, and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.

Initially, you'll help strengthen our web analytics and data quality. Over time, your focus will expand toward deeper marketing analysis, experimentation, and optimizing acquisition investments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of paid and organic marketing channels and individual campaigns.
  • Own and improve web analytics tracking, including event tracking, conversion tracking, and data collection across marketing channels.
  • Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Layer to ensure accurate and reliable marketing data.
  • Monitor marketing attribution, investigate data discrepancies, and resolve measurement gaps in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of server-side tracking, considering healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Forecast marketing efficiency and help optimize paid marketing spend across channels, campaigns, and markets, considering provider availability and capacity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition performance, conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and analyze A/B experiments, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and marketing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with strong and recent hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics, or Growth Analytics.
  • Proven experience in B2C web marketing analytics, including website acquisition, conversion funnels, and marketing performance optimization.
  • Experience working with the US market, preferably in established international product companies.
  • Strong experience analyzing paid acquisition channels, particularly Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar performance marketing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and unit economics, including CAC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and tracking, including GA4, GTM, Data Layer, event tracking, and conversion tracking.
  • Solid understanding of marketing attribution, client-side and server-side tracking, cookies, consent management, and privacy-related measurement challenges.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for independent data analysis, with an understanding of ETL processes.
  • Experience with event-based analytics platforms such as PostHog, GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
  • Strong analytical and business mindset: ability to independently identify performance bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to independently own analytical projects and confidently communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent Russian and advanced English (C1 preferred, strong B2+ acceptable) for regular collaboration with English-speaking colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using LLMs in daily work, with the ability to critically evaluate their output.
  • Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours under a long-term B2B contract using personal equipment.

Would Be a Plus:

  • Previous hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or User Acquisition.
  • Experience with healthcare, HealthTech, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with supply-demand analytics, capacity planning, or marketplace analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy-conscious tracking, server-side GTM, conversion APIs, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with SEO analytics and organic acquisition performance.
  • Experience with Airflow or dbt.

What we offer

  • High-impact environment: A chance to contribute to a product-driven company in the medical tech space.
  • Growth & compensation: Competitive compensation and clear growth opportunities.
  • Remote-first: Fully remote, long-term B2B collaboration.
  • Health & wellness: Health insurance after the probation period, plus sports & wellness compensation.
  • Career development: Career growth, including personalized English lessons via Preply.
  • Time off: 19 working days of vacation per year, 4 additional wellness days, and paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.
  • Culture: Thoughtful gifts for important life events.
