Senior Product Manager - Patient Journey
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager
- At least 2 years of experience working on consumer products or prosumer/SMB-focused B2B SaaS
- Fit with our culture: focus (prioritising the most impactful changes), transparency (proactive communication), ownership (you own the initiative until it is done; you have a strong opinion on how to build your product initiatives), evidence-based decision making (you are expected to always have logical arguments to support your conclusions and decisions, even smallest ones)
- Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team
- Structured approach to problem-solving – we love issue trees
- Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users)
- Preferable: experience as a Growth PM and as a Core PM
- Fluency with using AI in product work
- Structuring skills
- Fluent Russian and B2-C1 level of English

Responsibilities
In this role, you will…
- Define the product vision for the new patient journey based on treatment plans and treatment outcomes (quantified symptom level)
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, retention rate, and other growth levers
- Work both on optimising existing flows and building completely novel product experiences that drive further growth
- Define how each product experience should work for our patients
- Lead the quarterly strategy planing for Patient Journey area
- Work as part of a product team focused on the patient journey (engineers, QA, analyst, designer)
- Collaborate extensively with Marketing, Medical Operations, Support and other internal teams
