Staff / Senior Fullstack QA
About The Position

MedVidi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff QA Engineer with a strong fullstack background, including both manual and automated testing. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and will lead QA efforts across multiple projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack QA Engineer, covering both manual and automated testing
- Extensive knowledge of Client-server architecture.
- Deep understanding of Testing Principles and Testing Techniques.
- Advanced experience with SQL queries.
- Significant experience with end-to-end (e2e) testing and API testing.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- A product-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to quality assurance.
- Experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and processes.
- Deep understanding of quality metrics and its implementation experience.
- Fluent Russian.
Responsibilities
- Leading and defining the overall QA strategy.
- Working within one of our cross-functional teams.
- Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
- Smoke and Regression Testing.
- Creating comprehensive Test Documentation and Analysis of business requirements.
- Developing and executing test cases/checklists.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation tests.
- Analysis, improvement, and extension of the automation test base across the product.
- Driving quality initiatives and process improvements across the organization.
