Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare)
About The Position
MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent, outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. MEDvidi’s technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.
This is a fully remote role, based in EU, with working hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST 8 AM - 5 PM).
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer, for the clinical and operational teams that power MEDvidi's growth across the United States. Your work directly shapes both the quality and the compliance of every hire we make.
You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sourcing and evaluating candidates for high-volume and specialized roles, building and maintaining talent pipelines in the U.S. healthcare market, and ensuring a professional candidate experience end to end.

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
- Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market.
- Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics.
- Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical talent.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience working for U.S.-based businesses.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates.
- Experience with high-volume hiring.
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required); fully remote, ideally based in Europe.
Would be a plus
- Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations.
- Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states.
