About The Position

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health issues. We focus on delivering treatment outcomes to our patients as our north star.  We are building a complete ecosystem of solutions and apps for mental health issues to make people happy and healthy.

Working at MEDvidi means that you are building a commercially viable product and making a real, measurable impact on people’s lives at the same time.

As our product ecosystem (4 internal platforms and various integrations) becomes even bigger, we want to prioritise scalability of how our platform operates and enable patient/provider-facing product teams to achieve results faster.

PM in this role will mainly tackle challenging infrastructure/platform initiatives, but will also work on improving workflows that impact patients and providers directly.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager
  • Direct product management experience in one of the following areas: identity & access management, billing, internal tools, developer tools, security, privacy, process automation, workflows, infrastructure
  • Direct product management experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors
  • English level: B2+ or higher, preferably C1
  • Proficiency in Russian
  • Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team
  • Structured approach to problem-solving – we focus on solving problems without introducing new ones instead
  • Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users)
  • Basic understanding of system design
  • Ability to review third-party API documentation and describe how it works

We realise that you may not fit all the requirements, yet be a perfect fit for us. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a part of a product team focused on resolving problems with our platform and infrastructure in a scalable way
  • Re-engineer how appointments and patients of our platform operate on the technical level
  • Improve transparency for the finance department by (re)building internal workflows related to financial calculations
  • Automate internal business processes that generate losses, inefficiencies, and ultimately lead to patient churn and refunds
  • Integrating with insurance billing carriers for our expansion to serving patients covered by insurance
  • Collaborate extensively with Medical Operations, Support, and other internal items to understand key opportunities at eliminating manual business processes through automation
  • Build product strategy and roadmap for the direction in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders

Benefits:

  • Insurance after the probationary term.
  • Sports compensation.
  • 19 working days of vacation per year.
  • 3 additional wellness days per year.
  • Paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.
  • Gifts to employees for important events.
  • Career Development.
